COVID-19 Vaccinations for housebound Patients
Eligible housebound patients can have their spring COVID vaccination at home. The housebound vaccination service is being delivered by a nearby local pharmacy.
Those who are eligible for a spring COVID vaccination include:
- everyone aged 75 years and over
- people aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed (speak to your GP if you are unsure)
If you are eligible and unable to access a vaccine centre, please contact Jayplex Chemist to arrange a home visit before the 30th June deadline.
