ROUTINE HOME VISITS home_visit3

Patients can be visited in their own home if they are too ill to come to the surgery. Please telephone before 10.00 am if possible, and be prepared to answer a few questions about the problem to help the doctor to asses the urgency of the visit.

Visits are carried out after morning surgery between 12.00 noon and 4.00 pm except in unforeseen circumstance. Explain the problem clearly to the receptionist.

SPEAKING TO A DOCTOR OR NURSE

You can usually speak to one of the doctors or nurses if you ring within surgery hours Monday to Friday.
