Noticeboard

Please note that we are closed at 12.00pm on Wednesday 13th March 2019 for staff Training. We will reopen as normal on Thursday 14th February 2019. Please call the surgery number to be transferred to our out of hours service for urgent medical attention if required while we are closed.

All the Doctors , Nurses and staff at the Practice are committed to delivering a high quality of service . However , if you do feel that you wish to make a complaint , then in the first instance,  please contact the Practice Manager , Rick Gooch on 01623 795461 or by email to Rick.Gooch@nhs.net 

There are also alternative methods of registering a complaint via the Patient Experience Team or NHS England. 

The nearest Patient Experience Team are located within Kings Mill Hospital , Mansfield.

If you feel that your complaint cannot be resolved locally by the Practice Manager or the Patient Experience Team , there is the option to contact NHS England via , NHS England on 0300 311 22 33
